Summer 2025. Introducing a Taste of Autumn: Hollandic Pumpkin Spice Gouda
At the Fancy Food Show in New York, Specialities Inc. unveiled a 5 kg artisan Gouda infused with the deep, aromatic warmth of pumpkin spice, reimagined the Dutch way.
It was crafted in the Netherlands by family business Van der Heiden Kaas, known for its dedication to traditional cheese-making, with a unique blend of licorice, ginger, and cinnamon: a comforting nod to cozy autumn days, crackling fires, and flavors from grandmother's kitchen.
The cheese was an inspired collaboration between Specialities Inc. and Van der Heiden Kaas, after months of development, tastings, and refinement. Ask us for samples and pricing.
