La Mancha

From the expansive plain of the Iberian Peninsula in Central Spain, La Mancha, the home of legendary Don Quixote, is a region of romance and history. It's also the birthplace of some of the finest cheeses in Europe.

Solera Spanish cheeses, produced by one of the most respected cheesemakers of the area, have captured the personality of this remarkable region. Andanzas and Iberico are made according to time honored traditions in Alcazar de San Juan, the heart of La Mancha.

Andanzas and Iberico

Andanzas (Spanish Adventure) is an authentic, complex and "extra special" Manchego of 100% sheep's milk: D.O.P. at 3 and 6 months, D.O. at 8 months and as the 12 month Reserva.

Iberico by Solera, Spain's most popular table cheese, is made from a flavorful blend of cow, sheep and goat's milk and aged 5 months.

The Goat Girls

Rosey Goat is a semi-soft goat's milk cheese covered with fresh rosemary, which lends its personality to the cheese during aging. Her sister, Winey Goat, is brushed with local red wine during its aging. Together they are the "Goat Girls".
